Can I modify my design after placing an order?
We allow modifications within the first 2 hours of order placement. After this window, our production team begins crafting your item, and changes can no longer be made.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error. In such cases, we provide a free replacement.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your package's journey.
